The Reverend Walter Becker, Ph.D. received his M.Div. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary, where he served as assistant professor of Marriage and Family Ministries.

Dr. Becker is the president of La Vie, the parent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation of the ministry at The Cottage.

Francoise Becker, M.S. received her graduate degree from the University of Southern California and is an expert in marriage, gerontology and life cycle issues.

The Beckers work together as a team providing a male and female perspective and decades of experience as licensed therapists.  They have been married for over 44 years.
